Summary
Katherine
is a Legal Adviser at Thames Magistrates' Court; London's busiest
court. She is a specialist in Local Government courts and Youth
Justice. She has particular responsibility for Pro Bono work.
She has created a bond with the well known East End charity Toynbee
Hall who now provide assistance to the increasing number of defendants
who are unable to secure legal representation. Katherine maintains
links with 4 Kings Bench Walk by demystifying the first few days of
going "on their feet" to pupil barristers and she keeps herself up to
date with Employment Law which is a personal interest following her
initial career (thirteen years) in human resource management at the BBC.
