Areas of Practice

Civil
Jared is instructed in a wide range of civil litigation. He specialises in insolvency and property matters (including TOLATA and landlord and tenant disputes), but he also appears in and advises on a variety of commercial, trust and negligence claims.

He has been instructed without leading counsel in a number of substantial matters in the High Court, and has experience of seeking and obtaining freezing injunctions and search and seizure orders.

Jared worked in private equity for a number of years before coming to the Bar, and is always alive to the need to seek solutions which are not only correct in law, but which also meet the commercial and practical needs of clients.

Immigration
Jared has experience of immigration matters in the First Tier and the Upper Tribunals. He has also appeared in the Court of Appeal in an immigration matter.
